Prospective Bidders are advised that the NATO NCI Agency reserves the right to cancel this IFB at any time in its entirety and bears no liability for bid preparation costs incurred by firms or any other collateral costs if bid cancellation occurs. With the exception of the revisions mentioned above, all other IFB documents remain unchanged from their original version as issued on 20 April 2016 or as already amended. Potential Bidders are strongly advised to carefully review these revised bidding documents.

Revised bidding documents as indicated in Para 1 above are attached to this IFB Amendment 5 as Attachment 2 and replace the original versions in their entirety. Some answers to Bidders’ further requests for clarification have necessitated changes to the IFB bidding documents. The period for submission of requests for clarification as stated in IFB Book I, Para 2.6.2 remains closed. Final NCI Agency answers to all Bidders’ further requests for clarification resulting from the clarifications or changes made at IFB Amendment 4 are hereby published with this IFB Amendment 5 as Attachment 1.
